I had a wonderful appointment with Olympia Vision Clinic in Lacey.  From registration, technician, to doctor everyone was great. Dr. Clark was very respectful, engaged and thorough with his exam. We have loved coming here for the last 3 years. The staff is always very courteous and kind. Dr. Haws is very thorough and very knowledgeable. The entire staff has always been so great about accommodating us with whatever situation we’ve had. I actually fly my kids out there to have our vision checks and updated glasses/contacts and prescriptions. Special shout out to Sharon I think her name is. She has redfish brown curly hair and her make up is always so gorgeous. She has been so sincere and so kind every single time we’ve gone. Even if she was not with us for our appointment she always has the sweetest smile and is always so welcoming!! She was able to fit us in to get contacts for my son, which was huge— we came from out of state and was at the mercy of time/ and appts. She was so patient and gentle teaching my son how to put in contacts and take them out. I have also had to have a pair of glasses replaced due to breakdown of the frames, and the staff— specifically Sharon was super quick and friendly to help and send new frames out! Booking appts have always been easy to make and reschedule if needed. The staff has always been so kind and we will always come back wherever we find ourselves around the country!

The office staff at the olympia clinic is so fantastic and sweet with their clients,they make you feel welcomed and they talk to you about what's going on with your eyes and how to prevent further damage to them. I highly recommend them.
