IMPORTANT UPDATE
We want to inform you that as of January 1, 2025, our office will begin collecting any applicable deductibles at the time of service for all medical services provided. This change is being implemented to streamline the billing process and ensure that we can continue to provide the best care possible.
What does this mean for you?
- Deductibles: Any outstanding deductible amounts owed will need to be paid at the time of your appointment.
- Insurance Verification: We will continue to verify your insurance coverage and inform you of your deductible responsibilities prior to your visit.
- Payment: Our office will accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and checks. Payment arrangements will also be available if needed.
We encourage you to check with your insurance provider ahead of time to understand your deductible balance for the year. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our office directly.
